It was reported that the City of Medicine Hat has no bylaw re Park Flyers
Field Report: - Ken reports that all is in great shape. Two new wind socks are to be installed. The new tables are great, two more will be ordered
Zone Meeting Report: Ken is our Zone Asst. Director. Due to sound regulations, Quebec clubs are having safety problems. Cost in getting people here is a great problem in having the National Annual Meeting in Medicine Hat
Election of Officers: The present officers agreed to let their names stand. As there were no nominations the past officers were elected by acclamation
New Business:
1. Ray is to look into the coast of a bigger shed for storage and any needed repairs of our mowers
2. Christmas Party: It was decided to go with last year caterers and hold the event on Saturday, December 6, 2008
There will not be a November meeting, as anything important that may
come will be handled with a short meeting at the Christmas party.
NEXT MEETING: The next regular meeting will be January 20th 2009 at the RAAC hanger
meeting room.
This is an important meeting as the annual financial report
is given and must be approved by the membership so it can be submitted to
the government.
